1. I think its pretty good, it has raised millions of dollars for ALS.
2. I believe its effective, because its working. Here I am, never heard of ALS before and when the Ice water challenge is involved in it, I hear about ALS. Its also effective because the ALS committee has 41 million dollars in donations.
